We are seeking Production Associates for our Press Department at our Woodstock, ON location. The position rotates every 2 weeks: day shift (7am-3:30pm) and afternoon shift (3:10pm-11:40pm).

Your success is our success… Our sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 18.0% over the last eight years, tripling our business and establishing us as one of the largest Tier II automotive stamping and assembly suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Pack parts in the proper container as specified on the master packing documentation.
2. Wash parts according to instructions.
3. Perform final visual inspection of all parts before stock or shipment.
4. Follow company safety policies, including wearing glasses and hearing protection.
5. Report all quality, production, and safety issues to the supervisor.
6. Be available for overtime as required.
7. Suggest methods for improvement, including participation in Continuous Improvement Plans.
8. Rework parts as instructed.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or GED.
2. 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
3. Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
4. Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.
5. Reliable transportation to work on a rotating shift schedule.
6. Willingness to work on rotating shifts: days (7am-3:30pm) and afternoons (3:10pm-11:40pm).
