Job Description :

1. Experience with reconciliation of capital markets instruments data, particularly related to Repo contracts, as well as other fixed income and money market instruments.
2. Understanding and experience of how position data should be reconciled to the GL, using data feeds from Finance Core and trading systems.
3. Participate in the delivery of small-to-medium size enhancements to existing processes based on business priorities.
4. Act as an expert for all integration aspects of Repo systems, collaborating with external teams (e.g., market data providers, settlements systems, collateral management) to resolve issues.
5. Participate in activities related to system upgrades, infrastructure/security patching; ensure applications are validated and ready for business following changes.
6. At least 2-3 years of experience working with Repo trading systems in a sell-side organization.
7. Experience in building productivity tools/applications using Python, Excel, and VBA.
8. Strong knowledge of all aspects of Repo trading, including trade execution, lifecycle events, inventory and collateral management, settlements, electronic and tri-party trading.
9. Understanding of End-to-End Business System Analyst roles and experience.
10. Proficiency in SQL.
