Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Support Services Analyst. This role can be based out of one of our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB.

The Support Services Analyst (Pharmacy) will provide superior support in a timely, efficient manner by troubleshooting and documenting all incoming calls. The successful candidate will actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment supporting team members to achieve goals. You will be responsible for supporting pharmacy processes and applications for Sobeys National Pharmacy Group in-store pharmacies on a national level. All incidents will require tracking through to resolution and follow-up to ensure excellence in customer service.

Support Services Analyst with Sobeys, you will :

  • Possess excellent oral and written business communication skills.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Respond effectively to rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and work well in a team setting.
  • Have pharmacy dispensing experience.

What you have to offer :

Your experience and resume will show us :

  • Experience working with Kroll pharmacy application.
  • Dispensing application support experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors regarding hardware and software issues.
  • Experience dealing with customers and processes in a helpdesk environment.
  • Pharmacy experience is an asset.
