Job description

Our Sous Chefs are leaders whose passion for food is only surpassed by their passion for people. Our Culinary Management team consists of competitive leaders whose mission is to ensure guest satisfaction by consistently producing top quality food.


YOU ARE:
  1. Passionate about making high quality food to ensure guest satisfaction
  2. Business savvy with a rich understanding of kitchen management practices
  3. A supportive leader ready to guide kitchen partners in skills development, exceptional performance and financial goals
  4. Committed to professionalism and delivering service excellence
  5. Food Safe certified, demonstrating your commitment to food safety standards and regulations
  6. Certified with a valid occupational First Aid Certificate, demonstrating your ability to prioritize safety in the workplace
