Job description

Job Title: Account Manager - Western Strategic Partnership

Alongside our esteemed partner TELUS Communications, The Acquisition Group is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead our Western Strategic Partnership team in the Edmonton region. We are looking for more than just an account manager – we need a community builder who can transform buildings into thriving TELUS-powered communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute 12-month engagement strategies in collaboration with Channel Managers to exceed penetration targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and building managers.
  3. Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Implement engaging marketing campaigns using existing assets or innovative solutions.
  5. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track building intelligence and performance metrics.
  6. Identify new market opportunities within the territory and pursue growth initiatives.
  7. Manage escalations and conduct strategic reviews with property management.
  8. Contribute to creating connected communities through strategic relationship management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relationship building experience, knowledge of the MDU and property management industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency with technology and CRM tools.
  • Enthusiastic, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Full-time availability, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
