As we continue to grow and diversify, we are seeking a Chef de Cuisine to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and help push our culinary vision across multiple exciting platforms.

The Opportunity :

This is a rare opportunity for a motivated, innovative Chef to step into a leadership role with full operational responsibility across a dynamic business that includes a la carte service, upscale catering, and food truck operations. With the owner relocating and stepping back from daily oversight, we are seeking someone passionate and skilled to manage all aspects of the kitchen and elevate our brand further.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily prep and service across multiple business streams.
  2. Lead, train, and inspire a skilled culinary team.
  3. Maintain and improve food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  4. Manage inventory, food cost, and labor cost controls.
  5. Collaborate on seasonal menu development and custom client requests.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols.
  7. Liaise with ownership and report directly to the Executive Chef on kitchen performance and goals.

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef or above).
  • Proven leadership skills and experience running a team independently.
  • Strong understanding of catering, a la carte, and food truck operations.
  • Passion for innovation and delivering high-quality cuisine across different service styles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain standards and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
