What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners to expand Book Fair opportunities
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for Account Managers
- Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote Scholastic Reading Events
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals using CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and share industry insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with sales automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and team members
