Position Summary... The Manager, Business Operations eCommerce drives strategy, execution, and growth of omni-channel programs. Responsibilities include vendor management, operational planning, compliance, financial scrutiny, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do...

The Manager, Logistics & Transportation, WFS is a critical role within the WFS Business team, acting as the sole point of contact between Business and Operations (FC, Transportation, and Returns). This role is responsible for the smooth functioning of daily operations and the expansion of the program. The person is expected to spend 25-35% of time on-site at the FC and RC, establishing processes and managing cross-functional collaboration. They will identify and implement operational improvements and develop solutions that positively impact both Seller and Customer NPS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance of key metrics such as on-time shipment, unshipped orders, inbound SLA, undelivered orders, and returns rate to identify opportunities and issues.
• Analyze operational barriers, understand root causes, and drive opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product teams to roll out new features, ensuring no disruption to operations.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across assets like FC Operations, QA, Inbounding, Outbounding, and Transportation to implement scalable processes.
• Manage the Restocking program end-to-end, including FC Ops, TRG Ops, addressing tech issues, and increasing Restocking program to 40% by EOY.
• Enhance data visibility and reporting of supply chain metrics in collaboration with Supply Chain and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field, with 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations, preferably in eCommerce. 1-3 years of supervisory/managerial experience is an asset.
• Bias for action, highly organized, and passionate about solving customer problems.
• Strong business analysis skills, including issue understanding, requirements gathering, and creating user solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Operations Management, SQL is preferred.
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
