Position Summary... This role leads the execution of the Spark Driver strategy to improve the independent contractor driver experience on the Spark Driver platform. Responsibilities include strategy and management of driver support, communications, and overall experience across all areas of the platform. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams in Canada and the US.

What You'll Do...
  • Marketing Strategy: Lead the execution of strategies to grow the driver pool, develop resources, content, and processes, and manage marketing channels to enhance driver recruitment and engagement.
  • Shopper & Driver Support Strategy: Own support services, partner with Customer Care, manage vendor performance, develop educational resources, and create bilingual support services.
  • Driver Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to inform and engage drivers via various channels in English and French.
  • Communications Technology: Support implementation of new tools like Braze, working with technology teams to gather requirements and test features.
  • Driver Experience Insights: Develop feedback channels, collate and analyze driver feedback for insights and improvements.
  • Driver Experience Improvements: Identify and implement improvements, manage technology backlogs, and coordinate with stakeholders for effective delivery.
  • Driver Experience Support: Support new products, lead incentive programs, and advocate for driver experience considerations in product development.
  • Leadership Reporting: Report on program metrics, identify blockers, and propose solutions to senior leadership.
