What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support via telephone, email, and web to patients and healthcare professionals
- Deliver counselling and adherence support to patients as per pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
- Manage internal program clinical referrals and retrieve voice messages as per established policy
- Conduct financial means testing for patients as part of designated support programs
- Communicate directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding exceptional cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent active healthcare practitioner designation (nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or call center environments
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Strong computer and telecommunication skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage workflow efficiently
