Your contribution:
- Deliver content as a strategic advantage to grow business for dealerships and the region. Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external content creation, marketing, and communication curation.
- Develop editorial calendar and content for region and dealerships.
- Create video content for website, dedicated channels, social media, and in-store displays: vehicle walkarounds, how-to guides, technology, monthly offers, staff, and others.
- Produce photographic content for internal and external channels: dealerships, events, staff, and others.
- Utilize video and audio technology platforms effectively.
- Coordinate social media content and management.
- Write organic social media posts and post photos and videos on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blogs.
- Source and craft compelling stories.
- Manage social media tools and reporting platforms.
- Create and implement annual and monthly content calendars for regions and stores.
- Align content with corporate social media strategy.
- Handle videography and photography tasks: coordinate shoots, manage lighting, settings, capture, and editing.
- Take and edit high-quality photos of vehicles, events, staff, and stores, including scripting, lighting, camera work, and basic editing.
- Plan, storyboard, film, and edit videos for dealership and regional social media channels.
- Maintain cameras and equipment.
- Manage online reputation by crafting timely responses to customer reviews across website, social media, and review sites.
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure responses lead to customer solutions.
- Work with reputation management platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Dealership Managers and the Marketing Department.
- Provide tailored content to support sales and awareness among in-market customers.
- Establish communication goals and strategies to increase engagement and improve guest experience.
- Analyze communication strategy performance to measure ROI and goal fulfillment.
- Align organic social media content with paid advertising initiatives.
- Identify communication gaps and implement solutions for consistent messaging across channels.
- Communicate objectives, methods, and procedures to all department managers.
- Follow manufacturer and OpenRoad brand guidelines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What it takes to be part of our dynamic team:
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, managing content and knowing what works best for each.
- Proven ability to grow social media followers and engagement for brands.
- Strong videography skills, including lighting and angles.
- Excellent photography skills.
- Ability to edit photos and videos using post-production software.
- Outstanding written English and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Highly creative with an eye for aesthetics.
- Well-organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and quick learner.
- Capable of working at a fast pace both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for cars and automotive knowledge is a plus.
- Valid British Columbia Driver's License and ability to drive for content creation.
