The Halton Catholic District School Board seeks a dedicated Grade 2 Teacher for a full-time position. The role requires compliance with the Education Act and prioritizes applicants from the qualified redundant teacher group. This assignment shall be filled in accordance with Part A, Article 17.3 of the current OECTA Elementary Collective Agreement, prioritizing unplaced, qualified redundant teacher applicants from the Elementary Teacher bargaining group, in order of seniority. If unfilled, qualified applications from the Occasional Roster will be considered.
We encourage applications from all certified teacher applicants and education students holding or who have applied for a Temporary Certificate of Registration and Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers.
Please note that the posted end date is subject to change and the assignment may end earlier due to staffing requirements, the return of the absent teacher, or at the end of the school year.
