The Process Engineering group in the Advanced Imaging department seeks a Process Engineering Specialist with experience in process design and setting up advanced assembly equipment in a clean room environment. The role involves planning manufacturing process flows, designing processes, creating machine programs for wire bonding, die bonding, wafer dicing, and other specialized assembly processes. The candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, control methods, and quality assurance.
