Saskatoon Public Schools is the largest school division in Saskatchewan, serving more than 28,000 students with over 3,300 staff across 47 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, and one Whitecap Dakota partnership school.

Position: Superintendent’s Assistant - Facilities

Saskatoon Public Schools is seeking a Superintendent’s Assistant to provide complex and confidential administrative support to the superintendent of facilities and the facilities staff. The role involves planning, organizing, and managing various administrative tasks to support the facilities team.

Qualifications:
  • Completed a certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • One to two years of experience with accounting software and knowledge of financial accounting.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including database management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in planning, design, construction, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Asset Planner software is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $63,997 - $75,251 for a 37.5-hour work week, plus a comprehensive benefits package including extended health care, dental, group life insurance, vacation, and other paid leave.
