Paying homage to 21st century American cooking, the menu will highlight a seasonal raw bar, a handsome selection of steaks and chops, and inventive twists on classic comfort food. Job Description

• Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
• Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items to make recommendations
• Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
• Follow all food safety standards and systems
• Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of proven fine dining serving experience
• Smart Serve Certification required
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills and sales ability
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of product knowledge
• Ability to maintain professional urgency and momentum
