Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Toronto is looking for an Intermediate E-PLAN Electrical Designer to develop electrical schematics and collaborate with teams. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience with E-PLAN Electric P8 and strong knowledge of electrical systems and standards. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, aligning designs with team efforts, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. The salary range is competitive, from $70,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in electrical design using E-PLAN Electric P8.
• Strong understanding of motor control, PLC I/O, and power distribution.
• E-PLAN Certified Engineer (ECE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical schematics and panel layouts using E-PLAN Electric P8.
• Generate project drawing packages and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with teams for design alignment and troubleshoot as needed.
