Job description

MAAX Bath Inc., a leading North American manufacturer of bathroom solutions, is seeking an E-commerce Specialist with strong Magento experience to support and optimize our digital commerce ecosystem.

In this role, you will operate the day-to-day operations of our Magento 2 platform, while contributing to content management across WordPress and Kontent.ai (headless CMS). You will work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to ensure site performance, content accuracy, and continuous improvement of the user experience.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of e‑commerce operations, web content management, and technical coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce Operations (Magento 2)

  • Own and maintain product catalog, categories, pricing, and merchandising within Magento 2
  • Execute homepage updates, promotional content, and campaign launches
  • Partner with developers to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and support releases
  • Perform QA testing and support go‑live activities
  • Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements, modules, and integrations

CMS & Content Management (WordPress & Kontent.ai)

  • Manage and publish web content across WordPress and Kontent.ai (headless CMS)
  • Ensure brand consistency and content quality across all digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute content updates
  • Apply basic SEO and content structure best practices

Website Performance & Operations

  • Monitor and audit website content (broken links, outdated content, UX issues)
  • Support the implementation and optimization of analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to ensure accurate tracking of user behavior and site performance
  • Support basic reporting on site performance, conversion, and user behavior
  • Document releases, workflows, and technical issues
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (marketing, customer service, product)

Magento 2, WordPress, Kontent.ai, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Basecamp, Azure DevOps, Shopify Plus a bonus

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years experience managing Magento 2 (or similar e‑commerce platform)
  • Experience working in collaboration with web development teams
  • Hands‑on experience with WordPress CMS
  • Familiarity with headless CMS environments (e.g., Kontent.ai) is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content adjustments
  • Strong organizational and task management skills (e.g., Basecamp, Azure DevOps)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset
QUALIFICATIONS & ASSETS
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web accessibility standards
  • Exposure to payment gateways, shipping integrations, or third‑party systems
  • Experience with QA testing or staging environments
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
  • Interest in growing within e‑commerce and digital operations
