Atlantic Superstore is seeking a Personal Shopper to support our e-commerce orders with accuracy and care. You will help customers by filling orders, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This role involves physical activity and fast-paced work, with training provided for success.

Flexibility is required to cover various shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and be on your feet throughout shifts.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by answering questions and maintaining a positive environment.
• Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products.
• Scan products and process transactions using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
• Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or substitutions.
