Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Personal Shoppers to fulfill online orders with accuracy and care, delivering a personalized shopping experience. You will help customers by filling orders and providing friendly service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you must be flexible with hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; you will join a unionized role with starting pay between $18.25 and $18.45 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and answer general questions.
• Shop for customers and accurately fill their online orders.
• Scan products and process transactions (debit, credit, cash, and gift cards).
• Call customers to confirm order accuracy or substitutions.
