Job summary

Atlantic Superstore in Canada is seeking Personal Shoppers to fulfill customer e-commerce orders with accuracy and a personal touch. You will assist customers, fill orders with care, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across channels.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success. You’ll work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on helping Canadians Live Life Well.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by assisting with general questions, maintaining a positive environment
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products
• Scan products and process customer transactions accurately using debit, credit,cashand gift cards
• Contact customers to ensure order accuracy or to inquire about product substitutions
