Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and process pick-up and ship-to-home orders in the online orders system.
• Offer replacement products or substitutes for unpicked quantities.
• Update the online orders system with quantities, storage, locations and codes.
• Print receipts and order labels, attach receipts to orders.
• Place products in storage near the pick-up area.
• Investigate unpicked pick-up orders.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and process pick‑up and ship‑to‑home orders in the online orders system.
• Offer replacement products or substituted products to customers for unpicked quantities.
• Update the online orders system with the quantities, storage and pick‑up locations, and reason codes for unpicked quantities (if applicable).
• Print receipts and order labels, and attach receipts to the customer orders.
• Put the products in a storage location close to the customer pick‑up area.
• Investigate pick‑up orders that have not been picked up by the customer.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements / Skills

• No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week‑ends and holidays)
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
