Canadian Tire is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to assist customers, handle inquiries, returns and sales transactions in a fast-paced retail environment in Lethbridge. Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Operate cash register, computer and printer.
• Maintain the customer service area.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
