Job Description

We are seeking a motivated DZ Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Ottawa, ON. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automobiles, hands-on work, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’re responsible for:

• Safely transporting customers' vehicles from pickup to the branch
• Maintaining accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle details, locations, and special instructions
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment for safety
• Performing labor tasks such as depollution, tire dismounting, etc.
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities
• Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

To join our team, you should have:

• A valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving record and CVOR
• A valid towing certificate (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures
• Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
