Job Title: DZ DRIVER at Newrest

Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload all services/merchandise.
2. Make deliveries on schedule to points of sale, respecting delivery times and safety rules.
3. Check the conformity of trolleys and cabinets before loading.
4. Load products into vehicles according to the plan.
5. Ensure timely delivery in accordance with the galley plans.
6. Drive heavy or light vehicles while respecting traffic regulations.
7. Secure products before delivery using sealing materials.
8. Ensure loading compliance with procedures.
9. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and dock area after each shift.
10. Report malfunctions to the hierarchy.
11. Complete security, safety, and HACCP documents.
12. Train new drivers.
13. Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
14. Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
16. Respect galley plans and traffic regulations.
17. Use equipment properly and follow health, safety, and security procedures.
18. Maintain a clean working area and equipment.
19. Wear prescribed uniform and equipment.
20. Be punctual for shifts.
21. Be rigorous, reactive, and a team player.
22. Maintain professional appearance and attitude.

Additional Information:

We offer a fast-track program for growth, including training and funding for Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permits (AVOPs) & Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).

Profile Requirements:

• Valid DZ Truck Driving License (D license required; G license is insufficient).
• Air-side license (DA) - ideally.
• AVOP Security Pass - ideally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures (below 1°F – minus 18°C).
• Ability to pass airport security clearance.
• Dexterity to lift and maneuver loads over 45 lbs / 20 kg.
