Universal Staffing is looking for a DZ Recycling Driver in Burlington.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating a 2-person split rear truck collecting residential recycling (blue bin and gray bins).
• Maintaining high productivity and excellent customer service skills.
• Performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting any defects.
• Being a team player with safe working habits and a clean driving record.
• Working in various outdoor weather conditions year-round.
• Performing physical work, including repetitive lifting.
• Able to work 10 to 12 hours daily.
• Operating an automatic recycling truck, with driving and loading duties mandatory.

Requirements:

• DZ or AZ driver’s license (newly licensed drivers welcome).
• Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract.
• Good physical condition, able to lift 25-50 lbs repetitively.
• Safety boots required.
• Job location: Burlington.
• Position: AZ or DZ driver.
• Full-time job availability.
• Work hours: Days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday starting at 6:00 am; Thursday and Friday starting at 6:30 am until daily route completion.
• Wage: $27.80/hour plus 4% vacation pay, incentives, and overtime after 44 hours.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Benefits after probation include medical, dental, paid vacation, and pension.
