Early shifts start at 5:00 AM, with 10–12 hour days and overtime opportunities. The driver will work with a helper to load/unload up to 50 lbs, maintain safety standards, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• DZ license valid in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of DZ driving experience
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Experience driving 5-tonne or similar truck
• Comfortable driving throughout the GTA
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a DZ 26-foot truck to retail locations in the GTA and return to Brantford warehouse
• Load and unload products weighing up to 50 lbs with helper assistance
• Complete daily routes efficiently while following safety rules

THE ROLE

As a DZ Driver, you will be responsible for driving a 26-foot truck to various retail locations throughout the GTA to pick up products and return them to the Brantford warehouse.

This is a great ongoing, full-time opportunity for an experienced DZ Driver who enjoys being on the road, staying active, and working independently as part of a strong team. This is a hands-on driving position that involves regular loading and unloading of products weighing up to 50 lbs. You will have a helper travelling with you to assist with pickups and loading/unloading.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate a DZ 26-foot truck to various retail locations throughout the GTA
• Pick up products from retail stores and transport them back to the Brantford warehouse
• Load and unload products weighing up to 50 lbs
• Work alongside a helper who will assist with loading and unloading
• Complete daily routes efficiently while following all company and road safety requirements
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and ensure the truck is operated safely
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with retail locations
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup documentation
• Assist with other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid DZ driver's license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of DZ driving experience
• Clean driver's abstract
• Previous delivery or pickup driving experience
• Experience driving a 5-tonne or similar commercial truck
• Comfortable driving throughout the GTA
• Physically capable of regularly lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working 10–12 hour shifts as required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to safety and safe driving practices
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Available to work overtime when required
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Brantford facility
• Valid G and DZ licenses in good standing
