Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a reliable full-time Driver for Pick up and Delivery in Brampton. You will perform routine vehicle inspections, load and unload cargo, and ensure orders match packing slips while maintaining safety standards.

You must hold a DZ license with air brakes, have 12 months of verifiable driving experience, a clean CVOR, and be able to pass pre-employment checks. The role offers varied shifts starting early morning through evening, with physical work and daily

Qualifications

• DZ license with Air brakes.
• Minimum 12 months verifiable driving experience (last 36 months).
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract (dated within last 30 days).
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks (reference, background, medical, road test).
• Shift start times: 5am, 9am, 1pm & 6pm (Wed-Sat).
• Ability to lift 60 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and communicates defects.
• Loads and unloads the truck and secures items to prevent damage.
• Ensures materials are properly packaged and orders match packing slips.
• Delivers and collects products and waste containers per route.
• Completes Daniels' vehicle cleaning and disinfection daily.
• Records information on packing slips and manifests per TDG.
• Complies with environmental and health & safety policies.
