Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Canada is seeking a Store Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience, drive store performance, and uphold brand presentation.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will participate in daily operations, inventory management, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment to support sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead a hands-on team, develop relationships with customers, and ensure exceptional service while coordinating shipments, merchandising, and stock

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship-building.
• Effective time management to multitask in a busy store.
• Hands-on team player who stays organized and proactive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. In order to do so, you play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma


• 2 years of retail experience is an asset


• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
