Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and exceptional customer service.
• Strong organization, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to respond to changing business needs with urgency.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. Through effective floor management, you will ensure the promotion of a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
