Groupe Dynamite in CrossIron, Alberta, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high performing team and drive a superior shopping experience. You will recruit, train and coach staff while maximizing profitability through sales and productivity targets.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will foster customer relationships, promote brand standards and ensure exceptional store operations in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Strong customer focus with passion for fashion.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Demonstrates adaptability and urgency in changing environments.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications
