Groupe Dynamite in Montreal West is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, promote a positive shopping experience, and build loyal customer relationships. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving sales and productivity to achieve store targets.

Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll ensure excellent standards, optimize operations, and foster a collaborative, dynamic environment that embraces fashion and customer care.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in fashion clothing or similar environment.
• Post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and strong customer orientation.
• Decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to foster participation, creativity and learning within the team.
• Adaptability to changing business environment with proactive ideas.

Job summary:

You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
