A career in our Microsoft Dynamics team offers the opportunity to help clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back, and Mid-Office functions using Microsoft Dynamics. We focus on delivering value through a strategy-led and technology-enabled approach by aligning our Consulting Solutions' industry focus with technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI.

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant, you may be involved from pre-sales to post-production support. Your responsibilities include engaging with business users to understand current processes, mapping processes to products, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics F&O. You will support solution architecture, assist with configuration, data migration, interface and functional design documentation, and collaborate with ISV teams for implementation or troubleshooting. Depending on project size, you may lead a team or work independently.

As a Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant, Senior Associate, you'll work with a team to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

1. Organizing and managing workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with clients and stakeholders.
2. Analyzing finance processes and aligning them with Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
3. Documenting business requirements and expected outcomes.
4. Managing project execution to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
5. Ensuring project standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
6. Collaborating with project managers and team leaders on resource planning.
7. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
8. Promoting an inclusive environment that values diversity and equality.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Proven experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations modules, including General Ledger, Cash & Bank, and others.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, with MB-310 preferred.
• At least two full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with initiative and proactive attitude.
• Interest and aptitude for learning new technologies.

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information

The salary range for this position is $82,300 - $137,000, plus potential annual bonuses. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Note that this range reflects the British Columbia region; other regions may vary.
