Job summary

RSM Canada is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead technical project teams through the full lifecycle. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects, drive cost-benefit analyses, and communicate status to leaders and stakeholders.

You will assemble teams, set budgets, and manage CE implementations to achieve business goals. The role requires 5–8 years of leadership experience, CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CE expertise, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience leading technical teams with project management expertise.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions, Microsoft Dynamics CE.
  • Ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
  • Strong business-facing skills and financial analysis capability.
  • Proficient with MS Project or related project planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of projects through the lifecycle.
  • Establish cost-benefit analyses and required project phases.
  • Communicate project status, risk and issues to the Program Director and stakeholders.
  • Plan projects: assemble teams, assign deliverables, develop plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Manage objectives, budget, schedule, resources and deliverables to meet business goals.
  • Revise plans as needed while following SDLC and manage CE implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establishing Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
  • Throughout the life of the project, responsible for communicating regularly to Program Director and stakeholders the project status, risk, and issues.
  • Responsible for project planning including assembling project teams, assigning project team deliverables, and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • During project execution, responsible for managing approved objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables that support the business goals.
  • Revise project plan as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while following SDLC methodology.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of CE implementations.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong skills and expertise in project management and systems/technology development
  • Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost, Microsoft Dynamics CE
  • Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
  • Proven business facing skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning
  • Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them.
  • Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient with MS Project or related tool
  • PMP certification desired

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $103,500 - $190,100

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
