Archmill House Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Lead to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our core business systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will work hands-on with system configurations, data integrity, automations, and integrations to support growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading BC upgrades, partnering with multiple departments, and developing dashboards to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive systems experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.
• Experience with IT hardware, help desk, and ticketing support functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Serve as the primary internal expert for Business Central and related workflows.
• Lead upgrades, patches, testing, integrations, and deployments.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for operational and management decision-making.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements across IT and business systems.
