Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment in Toronto is seeking a Service Bartender to support Restaurant Dining Rooms and Bar operations, preparing high quality beverages for servers and guests in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate has experience in full-service bars, knowledge of wine and liquor, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in full-service bars/restaurants, with 1 year as bartender.
• Cash handling and POS system experience required.
• Food Handlers & Smart Serve certification; AGCO license as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional guest service and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and present beverages per recipes with accuracy and hygiene.
• Manage bar setup, stock, cleaning, and closing procedures.
• Record sales and process payments; handle cash responsibly.
• Adhere to Smart Serve and AGCO regulations; maintain grooming standards.
• Assist with training F&B staff and supervise during shifts.
• Maintain knowledge of drinks menu, promotions, and upsell opportunities.
