Job summary

City of Windsor is seeking a Recreation Facilities Attendant – Part-Time to help maintain arenas and community centres and assist facility users. You will perform cleaning duties, provide information to the public, and support the rink Attendant with equipment handling and ice maintenance.

Applicants must be 17+, hold an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, and have First Aid/CPR. A valid driver's license is preferred, with uniforms provided and shifts including days, evenings, and

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate good public relations and able to work in a team.
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 17 years or older before time of application.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: wash walls, windows, floors and washrooms.
• Provide general directions and information to the public as needed.
• Assist the rink Attendant: move nets, help with ice resurfacing and dressing rooms.
• Operate building maintenance equipment and monitor service areas for safety and cleanliness.
