Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the Markham Acura team, where you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. In this role you will handle telephone inquiries, greet clients, assist with licensing and dealership administration, and help with daily tasks to ensure smooth showroom operations.

The position requires two years of reception experience, strong communication, and availability Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and detail-oriented.
• Two years of reception experience or equivalent.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Licensing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone communications and reception duties.
• Greet customers visiting the dealership showroom and inquire about visit purpose.
• Assist with vehicle licensing and administrative tasks.
• Support dealer trades and prepare information for pickup and payments.
• Participate in general administrative tasks.
