Job summary

Capital Health Medical Center is recruiting a full-time Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive medical care within a collaborative healthcare team. The role requires MD/DO, NJ & PA licenses, and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or board-eligible).

Examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans will address preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. On-call duties may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with medical licenses in NJ and PA.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or board-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose patients, order appropriate tests, and prescribe medications.
• Develop and manage treatment plans including preventive care.
• Educate patients and families on health issues and treatments.
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with other providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and billing documentation.
• Participate in on-call schedule as required.
