Job summary

Rexel Canada, based in Calgary, is looking for a Counter Sales/ Warehouse Associate to help customers at the counter, answer product inquiries and process orders while ensuring stock availability. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will replenish showroom shelves, pick and ship orders, and support sales initiatives with strong customer service and relationship building.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of counter sales/warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and process orders at the counter.
• Pick, ship and receive orders; replenish stock.
• Ensure stock availability and maintain showroom/counter shelves.
• Deliver high-level customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
