The role includes teaching, preparing weekly lesson plans, updating the VLC, maintaining student records, supervising classes, and participating in staff activities to uphold school standards and promote an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• TESL or CELTA certification is required.
• Proven experience teaching ESL to adult learners.
• Strong classroom management and engagement of learners.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Teach and prepare lessons in line with OI standards.
• Maintain student records and VLC updates.
• Manage attendance and administer tests.
• Supervise students before, during, and after classes to ensure English usage.
