BrokerLink is hiring an experienced Account Manager, Commercial Insurance to join our growing team in Canada. You will deliver prompt service, advise clients on insurance options, process paperwork, and assist with quotes and new business while maintaining accurate client files.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Valid provincial insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Industry accreditation (CAIB, CIP) would be assets.
• Strong customer focus and administration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with prompt service by giving advice and discussing concerns.
• Receive and process all incoming Commercial paperwork.
• Assist with quotes, write new business, review coverage and update files.
• Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients.
• Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Communicate with Insurance companies and negotiate with underwriters on terms and renewals.
• Source and obtain additional information requested by the underwriter.
