Job Title: Dumpling Prep (Dumpling Trainee)
Location: 1132 Alberni St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1A5
Compensation: $19.20-$21.60 CAD per hour + Tips
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. A Dumpling Trainee is tasked with preparing, assembling, folding, and steaming dumplings for guests. They operate in a show kitchen, requiring them to maintain a tidy and professional appearance.
Your journey at Din Tai Fung will begin as a Dumpling Trainee. Our hands-on dumpling training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success. Upon completing the program, graduates will transition into the Dumpling Prep role with a competitive hourly wage increase. You can learn more about this program during your interview.
