Job summary

AP ALL PRO BUILDING SOLUTIONS LTD. in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Drywall Installer & Finisher for permanent, full-time work (30 hours/week).

You will measure, cut, install drywall, tape joints, and finish surfaces, while supervising a small team as needed. English is required; a secondary school diploma is needed, and one year of experience is an asset with training provided. Wage: CAD 31.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
• One year experience is an asset but training will be provided.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets in residential and commercial settings.
• Tape joints using a taping machine and apply compound to embed tape.
• Fill gaps, nail holes, and imperfections with compound using trowel and broad knife.
• Cut and install metal corner beads to protect corners.
• Smooth out excess compound and allow it to dry properly.
• Work safely at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
• Supervise a small team of drywall workers as needed.
