Job summary

BDA INC in Canada is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead field operations at multiple sites. You will oversee crews, read blueprints, and coordinate daily activities to ensure safety and timely completion.

The ideal candidate has a college diploma or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in construction supervision, and the ability to work on-site in outdoor environments. Valid safety credentials and a reliable driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction supervision.
• On-site work at outdoor/industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
