The Dry UtilityModeler(3D), Utility Design, is responsible for developing, coordinating, reviewing, and maintaining accurate 3D models of underground, surface, and above‑ground dry utility infrastructure, including telecommunications, electric distribution, street lighting, and related corridor assets. This role supports design coordination, clash identification, 2D drawing extraction, quantity take‑offs, and model deliverables for design, permitting, and construction teams. The incumbent will support the Hamilton LRT project.
