Job Responsibilities

1. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
2. Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
3. Perform brake adjustments.
4. Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all aspects of the vehicle.
5. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
6. Handle tarping and ensure the safety and security of cargo.
