Job summary

Kibbi cherche un conducteur routier permanent pour assurer le transport de marchandises sur route et cross-border. Vous dirigerez des trajets variés tout en garantissant les normes de sécurité et le respect des procédures de dispatch.

Les candidats doivent posséder des certificats pertinents, une licence classe 1 et une expérience de 3 à 5 ans. Le poste est une activité sur la route avec prise en charge des frais et conditions de travail étendues.

Qualifications

• Diplôme ou certificat dans un métier manuel.
• Formation en transport routier ou équivalent.
• Expérience minimale requise: 3 à 5 ans.

Responsibilities

• Conduire des camions tracteurs/remorques pour transporter marchandises.
• Surveiller l'état du véhicule, pneus, freins et éclairage.
• Réaliser les vérifications pré-trip et post-trip et relayer les informations.
• Préparer et enregistrer les informations de chargement et heures de service.
• Assurer la sécurité et la sûreté de la cargaison.

WORK SETTING

TASKS

• Professionalism in customer service
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
• Perform brake adjustments
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo

• Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
