  • The candidate must have mountain driving experience.
  • The candidate must maintain professionalism in customer service.

  • The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.

Documentation knowledge

Type of trucking and equipment
  • The candidate must have experience in operating a tractor-trailer B train.
  • The candidate must have prior experience operating a Citizens Band (CB) radio, GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, as well as a trip recorder (on-board computer).
Transportation/travel experience
  • The candidate must have transportation and travel experience at the provincial/territorial level.
  • The candidate must have short-haul travel experience.
