PartSource is hiring a Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and uphold brand integrity with high standards of service. The role includes delivering, validating orders, and ensuring vehicle safety through daily checks, while supporting warehouse and retail operations.

As a driver, your role is crucial in upholding the PartSource brand integrity through a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out customer deliveries and pickups of automotive parts using a company vehicle.
• Validate the accuracy of deliveries by cross-checking part numbers with customer invoices.
• Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and friendly delivery operations.
• Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, reporting any necessary repairs to uphold safety standards.
• Follow the store's loss prevention procedures while assisting in warehouse and retail area organization.
• Uphold a safe work environment, including adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Comply with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• A team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and forging authentic connections.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Availability to work flexible shifts throughout the week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of sitting for up to 8 hours per shift (in an automobile) and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with using protective equipment, including mandatory certified safety shoes (supplied upon hire), and as required, safety glasses, reflective safety vest, gloves, and apron.
• Knowledge and experience in automotive parts aftermarket is an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $17.60 and $19.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
