BluPlanet Recycling Inc. in Calgary, AB is hiring a Driver's Assistant to support the waste collection team. The role focuses on assisting the driver with daily collections, safety adherence, and on-site coordination to ensure efficient routes and service quality.
The position operates Monday to Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm, with bonuses and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, HSA, GRSP, and profit-sharing, along with paid vacation and annual bonuses.

We are seeking a team focused individual to join our organization as a Driver's Assistant. The successful candidate will have a passion for environmental and sustainable living. Successful candidates will be resilient and committed to supporting the essential service of collecting mixed recycling, organics and waste streams for the Calgary community. The Driver Assistant is responsible for supporting the physical collection of waste streams; providing routing and program updates to driver; and actively participate in the safety culture within BluPlanet Recycling. The shift times are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm, open on all Statutory Holidays except for Christmas & New Year.
